The Audubon Naturalist Society needed an invitation for Audubon After Dark, an elegant but fun buffet dinner party in the Woodend Nature Sanctuary. Audubon After Dark raised nearly $40,000 for ANS.The Audubon Naturalist Society presents the Paul Bartsch Award to people who've made significant contributions to the field of natural history.For one month each spring, people count birds and wildflowers to raise money for the Audubon Naturalist Society. I designed this announcement which was inserted in ANS's "Naturalist Quarterly."Hundreds of futurists meet each year at the World Future Society's conference. These are two of the many conference programs I designed for WFS.The programs included session descriptions, speaker bios, photos, hotel floor plans, and indexes.THE FUTURIST was published six times a year and distributed to all members of the World Future Society. As the art director, I performed every design and production task. I imported text into InDesign files, corrected photos, designed and illustrated articles and departments, assigned work to outside designers, made final PDF files for printing, and checked printers’ proofs.
